Using fresh herbs, vegetables, fruits, infused liquors and popular elixirs, the bar team presents culinary-inspired, seasonally changing cocktails that are masterpieces in their own right.
Beverage mixtures are prepared fresh daily by one of the finest mixologists' on the island. Bartenders prepare every cocktail with the same careful attention to detail as fine culinary chefs attend to food preparation.
The Orchid Bar is situated adjacent to the lobby and pool garden. It has beautiful stone floors, a free flowing glass mosaic bar and tall windows and doors facing a lush pool garden. It is open just about all day serving breakfast until 10 and poolside service begins at Noon.
